Homestead Farm Booking Conditions
A deposit (Wishing Well Cottage) of 25% is made to secure your booking – the balance is due at least one month before the commencement of the holiday. Any bookings taken under one month in advance, the full cost of the holiday is payable. A deposit (Bed & Breakfast) of 50% is made to secure your booking but if its for one night the full total is payable in advance Arrivals are expected from 4pm, for both Wishing Well Cottage and the Bed & Breakfast and departure is 10am from the Wishing Well Cottage and the Bed & Breakfast. Collections from the bus/train stations can be made by prior arrangement. Your booking deposit is not refundable. If however we receive written notice from you at least 14 days before your holiday date, and we are able to re-let the accommodation it will be refunded less administration costs. If the accommodation is not relet the deposit will not be refunded and you will have to pay the full cost of the accommodation. You are strongly advised to insure against cancellation. Charges for extra services provided by the owners such as provision of groceries, fuel, hire of additional bedding/towels etc, may also be deducted. The hirer is responsible for the accommodation and its contents, upon departure the accommodation should be left clean and tidy as found. The proprietors do not accept liability for any personal injury sustained by any visitor to the premises or loss or damage to personal property brought onto the site however caused. The proprietors reserve the right to change the layout of the accommodation. The accommodation has no provision for smokers.
